Ingredients:
1 cup Red Miso
1 cup White Miso
1 cup Sake
1 cup Mirin
3 yolks
1 cup Brown Sugar
30 Grams Grated Ginger
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except yolks together.
Whisk Till Smooth
Fold in yolks till fully incorporated.
Marinate Fish in Sauce
